Experience and Qualifications:
· 3-5 years direct recent experience in retail funds management (back office operations) gained from a licensed fund manager or an organization that operates retail or any managed investment schemes.
· Extensive knowledge of financial instruments – especially equities/ managed funds and have back office experience in valuation of assets, unit pricing and distributions for retail managed investment schemes.
· A strong knowledge of corporate actions, dividends, cash and valuation reconciliations and portfolio accounting.
· Exposure to international equity settlements.
· Good understanding of managed investment schemes and individually managed products.
· Possess RG 146 qualification.

Job Description:
· Multi-faceted, multi-tasking role.
· One of the Responsible Managers of the company’s AFSL licence.
· Fund management operations including handling international equity settlements, corporate actions, portfolio valuation reconciliations and portfolio accounting, managing and overseeing outsourced service providers.
· Compliance officer of the company - compliance functions including compliance administration and monitoring AFSL licence conditions and regulatory requirements set down by ASIC.
· Client servicing.
· Assist in marketing and business development.
· Assist in human resource function.
· General management and day to day administration of the office.
